  • Urban Renewal Authority
  • Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation
  • Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited
  • Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited
  • Ocean Park Corporation
  • West Rail Property Development Limited
  • Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects
• Evaluation of the financial aspects of corporatisation, privatisation and infrastructure-related project proposals
• Evaluation of land premium and revenue related proposals⁺
• Asset Disposal and Securitisation Programme
